1. Information Cloudify collects

Here is an explanation of the types of information we collect when you use our services:

• Personal Information: We collect the information you choose to share with us when setting up a new account. This type of information includes your name, phone number, birthday and photos.
• Device Information: We collect device-specific information, such as the hardware model and the version of Cloudify you are using on your phone to provide you better support.
• Location: We use your location information only when you clock in/out to validate your timekeeping information.
• Images & Files: Cloudify collects photos and files to share essential information such as when you clock in/out to validate your timekeeping information, job information, paperwork.
• Upload User’s Image: Cloudify uploads user’s image in the attendance function, Human Resource Management module. The purpose is for face detection and record time-in/out of the employee in the company.
• Mobile Application: When downloading and using applications on mobile devices such as Tablets, Phones, etc., customers need to provide the following rights:
  – View network/wifi connection status.
  – Access the internet from the device.
  – Receive notifications from the app.
  – Access to the fingerprint sensor.
  – Take a photo, save the image to the device memory.
  – Write application data to memory.
  You can completely stop granting these permissions through reinstallation on the device. However, Cloudify recommends that customers provide the required application permissions.

3. How Cloudify shares information

We handle your data securely by transmission over https. The information we collect is not share to any third parties.
